Using this website

The content on this site is for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it. You may not copy or reuse our content, designs or images without permission.

Quotes and projects

  • Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment schedule.
  • Work begins once you've accepted the quote and paid the upfront payment.
  • Changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted and charged separately.
  • Timelines depend on you supplying content, feedback and approvals promptly. Delays on your side may move the launch date.

Your content

You're responsible for making sure the text, images, logos and other material you give us are yours to use, and don't infringe anyone else's rights.

Ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own the final website design and the content created for you. We keep ownership of our general tools, code libraries and know-how, and may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Payments

Invoices are due within 14 days. We may pause work, or keep a site offline, while an invoice is overdue. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Support and hosting

Support is provided as described in your package. Hosting, domains and third-party services are subject to their providers' own terms.

Liability

We take care to deliver work that is fit for purpose, but we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data, or for problems caused by third-party services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
